Job Description 

This role seeks to fill a vacancy in our Purchasing Crew. The role has come about due to a rapid growth of the company. This role will undertake all activities in the supply chain, from procurement to fulfilment, depending on the situation and needs of the business.

Specific activities include, but are not limited to:

·         Building relationships with key vendors and distributors

·         Negotiating pricing and order quantities

·         Documenting sales deals (creating purchase orders, etc)

·         Managing physical inventory delivery, quality control and order integrity

·         Assisting the Fulfilment and Customer Service Crews

·         Positively resolving supplier concerns and grievances

Mandatory Experience Requirements 

·         Currently employed in a ecommerce company in a similar role

·         Exposure to sourcing at least one of the following categories:

o Branded electronics
o Branded fashion accessories (handbags,mobile, etc)
o Branded sports apparel
o Kitchenware & home appliances
o As Seen on TV products
o Branded cosmetics

·         Strong relationships with suppliers, especially in the Southern market

·         Evidence of strong negotiation history

Mandatory Skill Requirements 

·         Very good spoken and written English

·         Highly proficient in operating a computer, particularly Microsoft Office and email applications

·         Strong negotiating and sales ability

Salary: INR 80,000- 1,50,000 P.A
